1995 Land Rover Defender 300TDI which has undergone a full nut and bolt restoration approximately 5000 miles ago. All corroded body panels have been removed, replaced, etch primed and sealed. All has been built back onto a Richards galvanised chassis with galvanised turrets, dozens of photographs will go with the vehicle detailing all stages of the restoration. The engine, gearbox and transfer box have been fully overhauled with new timing belt, alternator, completely new cooling system including water pump, radiator, hoses etc. New steering actuator, discs, pads, calipers, brake pipes and master cylinder. The suspension is fitted with dislocation cones, terrafirma shocks, new urethane bushes all round and new fulcrum joint, plus too many new parts, trim and seals, to list. This is a ‘bomb proof’ sound enthusiasts defender intended to do a heavy days work if required.
