Land Rover Foers Ibex 250

2001 Foers Ibex 250. Bespoke built 2.8 300tdi. Galvanised chassis, body frame & aluminium panels. Ply lined rear and comfortable Citroen seats.
ARB compressor, with front and rear diff locks. Centre mounted Warn 9500 winch with wire cable.
Five speed with higher transfer gears and all round disc brakes.
There is a page on ep90.com which shows original build with John Foers building the original chassis/body. It was orange and the second owner rebuilt and had it sprayed black which still looks nice. I have owned it for over five years and have replaced brakes, springs, shocks, steering damper, steering box, rebuilt rear diff and had the engine built. It was 200tdi but head gasket failed on a trip to Wales. Trailered home, garage said engine was terminal so thats when we had the new engine sorted. (supplied by Hall Beck Engineering)
Turbo and injection system are all standard, plenty of torque and will cruise nicely at motorway speed.
It has not been used off road in my ownership apart from visits to Red Wharf Bay, lanes to holiday caravan and visits to friends farm hence reason for sale. Plus also need to have something my mum can get in,
